DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECTS RIVERO HERMANOS
Precision machining company
Desarrollos y Proyectos Rivero Hermanos was founded in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) in the year 1960 by Mr. Ramón Rebollo Asenjo with the name of Talleres Rivero, offering machining services for 27 years to the entire region of Madrid and its surroundings.
In 1987 he took over the company Mr. Julian Fernandes García, introducing new ideas and acquiring more sophisticated machinery to be able to meet the needs of the market and thus offering our customers high quality products at competitive prices.
Among the most prominent clients of that period, were Johnson & Johnson, or Arbora & Ausonia among others. For which special production machinery was manufactured for the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
It was at this time when the first numerical control machines were incorporated, achieving very competitive costs.
In 2002, the sons of Mr. Julian Fernandes García took over the generation relief to develop Rivero Hermanos Development and Projects, expanding their desire for improvement, and introducing new machines for the manufacture of components of maximum responsibility for the sectors of Energy and Aeronautics.
Currently, Proyectos y Desarrollos Rivero Hermanos offers complete machining solutions for engineering projects, high precision machining and manufacture of complex systems for sectors where innovation is constant such as the aeronautical sector, telecommunications, electronics and energy.
We manufacture components with the highest demands of responsibility in the sectors in which we are present. We value Seriousness and Commitment to meet the needs of our customers with an extreme quality in the work we do and in the required delivery times.
A brief history of our city
In the 1960s, another demographic explosion began, protected by the constant growth of the industrial estate, going from 6,000 inhabitants in 1960 to 22,000 inhabitants in 1981, reaching more than 50,000 inhabitants today.
Arganda has long ceased to be that shy village to become what it is today, a modern city of reference in the Comunidad de Madrid.
During the 21st century, population and economy have grown hand in hand with leaps and bounds.
